The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has a requirement for an annual Human Resources (HR) research and advisory services subscription. It is intended to result in the award one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus four (4) irrevocable option(s), allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s) by one-year each
